A Low profile unit that was designed to regulate the temperature of highly volatile medical vials in harsh climates of -20°C during transport. The modules were made to be portable (battery operated via Lithium Ion) and could successfully regulate the temperature of the vials for 14 hours off one charge.
JIG-RB28 - AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY
Custom designed test jig designed to cater for the unique characteristics of each circuit-board. This particular jig was used as part of the testing stage in production. This allowed for the circuit-board to have the functionality fully tested without having to wait until the final stage of production, saving time and money and assisting in creating an efficient production line.
TIMR-045 - FITNESS INDUSTRY
An automated test jig that was integrated into the production line. Cycle time of the test was 30 seconds, reducing from the manual test by 2 minutes. By automating the testing process, the customer saved 33 hours per 1000 units in production.
ARCJOY-EN - CUSTOM DESIGN
A customer had a treasured arcade joystick from his childhood that had worn down over time. No problems at all! We revamped it by giving it a brushed metal finish; a simplistic design that they were extremely happy with.
